A Rose to the Fallen will be on display in the New Title Showcase at the Frankfurt International Book Fair in Germany tomorrow October 14-18. This will be the last of four book fairs where my book will be displayed in 2009. Earlier this year, it was at the London Book Fair, BookExpo America, and the Beijing International Book Fair. A Rose to the Fallen will be on display in the New Title Showcase at the Beijing International Book Fair tomorrow September 3-7. The fair will be held at the China International Exhibition Center at 6 East Beisanhuan Road in Beijing’s Chaoyang District. This will be the third of four book fairs where my book will be displayed. Earlier this year, it was at the London Book Fair and BookExpo America. The last book fair this year will be the Frankfurt International Book Fair in Germany next month. A Rose to the Fallen will be on display in the New Title Showcase at BookExpo America tomorrow 5/28 thru Sunday 5/31. BookExpo America is the largest book publishing event in North America. I’m so happy that my book will be included! The exhibit is taking place at the Jacob K. Javitz Center in New York City. This will be the second of four major book exhibits to showcase my book. A Rose to the Fallen was already on display last month at the London Book Fair. I received some good news to start off my 31st birthday today. Author House informed me that although they couldn’t fix the title for A Rose to the Fallen at the London Book Fair, they will showcase the book at the Beijing International Book Fair for free! They assured me that the title will be correct for the exhibit. Actually, the title will be correct for BookExpo America and the Frankfurt International Book Fair too. The Beijing International Book Fair will take place Sept 3-7 at the China International Exhibition Centre. A Rose to the Fallen is currently on display in The New Title Showcase at the London Book Fair today thru the 22nd.
I wanted to remind everyone that A Rose to the Fallen will be on display at the London Book Fair in Earls Court, London. The exhibit is Monday, April 20th-22nd and starts at 9AM. My book will be part of The New Title Showcase which displays new titles from a cross-section of publishers both from the UK and overseas. A Rose to the Fallen is listed in The New Title Showcase database, but they entered the title as “Rose to the Fallen, A”. I contacted Author House to find out if the title could be fixed. If you attend the show, you’ll also see my book in an exhibit catalog and an online comprehensive database where you can buy it. Yesterday Author House informed me that BookExpo Canada has been canceled this year. A Rose to the Fallen will still be on display at the London Book Fair (April 20th to 22nd), BookExpo America (May 28th to 31st), and the Frankfurt International Book Fair (Oct 14th to 18th). As I stated in a previous update, I’ll have more details for each book exhibit the closer it gets to the event date.
Just a quick update to share some exciting news. Sorry, it’s not the release date for my book. I’m still waiting for the galley to be revised and completed. I wanted to let you know that A Rose to the Fallen will be on display at four major book exhibits in 2009: The London Book Fair, BookExpo America, BookExpo Canada, and the Frankfurt Book Fair. My book will be part of Author House’s 2009 New Title Showcase. Along with the shows, you’ll see my book in an exhibit catalog for each show and an online comprehensive database where you can buy it.
