I haven’t done an interview in years, but I recently had one with Simina for her blog Fallen in books. She posted a review for The Howling Heart a couple months ago. I want to thank her again for taking an interest in me and my work. I’m flattered to know I’m one of her favorite authors.
You can read my interview here.
I’ve been spending so much time on deviantART, that I forget to post updates on my own site. For the last few months, I’ve made more attempts to get The Howling Heart published. I thought my journey was over in April, but thanks to some nice readers I met on dA, they helped me find more publishers to query. But once again, the finish line is rapidly approaching as I have two publishers left before I quit for good. I have one week left to get passed Round 1 with UK e-publisher Rouge Romance, an imprint of major publisher Ebury Publishing. I also have less than two months left before I get a response from The Writer’s Coffee Shop Publishing House, who originally published Fifty Shades of Grey. I have a strong feeling I won’t be hearing from Rouge—and I’m usually right—so TWCS will probably be my last shot.
It’s my first guest blog! I was invited by Decadent Publishing to post on their blog to promote my short story, Right Here, Right Now. I always appreciate the opportunity for free promotion. They published my story in January 2012 as an e-book. I hope their blog gets me some new readers!
