It’s amazing all the nice people I’ve met online after sharing my work. You never know who is reading your work or what kind of connections someone has. I have to give a huge thanks to one of my readers named Natalie. She contacted me because she read The Howling Heart when it was online. She enjoyed the story a lot and thought it had potential to be published. She then told a literary agent about the story. The agent contacted me, and after a few emails back and forth, she asked for a detailed synopsis. I sent the synopsis to her, but I didn’t expect to hear from her again because I didn’t think I could sell her with it. I was really surprised when I received another email asking for the manuscript. To make a long story short, I have an agent working for me now and she’s in the process of pitching the manuscript to various publishers. I wasn’t planning on publishing the story yet, but I’m not going to turn down this great opportunity. I’ll post an update when I have more news. I still can’t believe this is happening.
