I must say…Author House is really fast! Wow! I just signed off on my galley on Monday, and today A Rose to the Fallen is available for purchase at their online bookstore. Both hardcover and paperback are available. I’ve updated the site so you can click on the Author House box and purchase the book if you want. I’m anticipating the availability at the other book retailers so I just added their placeholders. As soon as I find out when the book is available at each of the retailers, I’ll make the announcement and update the site. So stay tuned! For those of you who will buy A Rose to the Fallen directly from my publisher, I want to say thank you very much for your support and I hope you enjoy Tristan & Bridget’s love story.

Anticipating release date

News No Comments

I received more information on the book release. In approximately two weeks, A Rose to the Fallen will be available for purchase through Author House’s online bookstore. About a week later, I’ll receive a proof copy of the book. After I approve the proof copy, it takes approximately 30-45 days for the book to be available for purchase at places like Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, and Borders. The availability will be worldwide but there’s a possibility that different countries will get the book at different times. So, I still don’t know the exact date for the release because it’s too early to determine. But I’ll update the site when I get a more accurate and confirmed date. And I’ll let everyone know when the book is available through Author House in case anyone wants to purchase it directly from the publisher. I’m anticipating early February for the worldwide book release. I think it would be perfect if the book was released around Valentine’s Day. It’s actually quite fitting…don’t you think?

Just a quick update to share some exciting news. Sorry, it’s not the release date for my book. I’m still waiting for the galley to be revised and completed. I wanted to let you know that A Rose to the Fallen will be on display at four major book exhibits in 2009: The London Book Fair, BookExpo America, BookExpo Canada, and the Frankfurt Book Fair. My book will be part of Author House’s 2009 New Title Showcase. Along with the shows, you’ll see my book in an exhibit catalogue for each show and an online comprehensive database where you can buy it. I’ll have more details when it gets closer to the show dates.
